Savanna has always been intrigued with the holistic approach to health and wellness. She graduated from IIN, the largest nutrition school in the world in 2013 and began helping people learn how to obtain health and wellness through food.
Savanna works alongside her clients to improve four different core values that she believes are vital to our overall health. She believes that our relationships, careers, spiritual practices and physical activity all together create our food and affect what we choose to eat.
Savanna’s biggest passion is cooking and she believes we are what we eat. She does individual cooking sessions with her clients to help motivate them and create confidence in their cooking skills.
